By accessing or using Kloqwise ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Use License

Subject to these Terms, Kloqwise grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Install and use the Kloqwise application on devices you own or control
  • Access and use the Service for your internal business purposes
  • Access and use any documentation provided by Kloqwise

This license does not permit you to:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Service
  • Use the Service to build a competitive product or service
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Service

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your access to the Service will be limited unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the free trial offer at any time.

5. Subscription and Payment

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees you owe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Price Changes

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
